A little planning. More exploring.Travel far. Land closer to home time.

More useful than a time difference

A time-zone converter tells you what the clock says somewhere else. A jet lag planner brings your journey into the picture: when you leave, when you land, where you connect and when you normally sleep. Two travelers on the same route can need different plans because their flight times and usual nights differ.

Have your booking ready

Find your flight by number or route, or enter it manually. Check the airport, date and local time for each leg against your booking. Add the return journey when it is part of the same trip. Before generating, confirm when you usually go to bed and wake up. A plan starts with the details you provide.

See what to do and when

JetLagWise turns those details into a visual plan with sleep and light guidance, plus optional caffeine guidance. Use the Now, Day and Plan views to see the relevant actions and their local times. If your actual sleep or journey changes, use the available update controls to adjust future guidance.

Start planning, keep your trip yours

You can create a plan without an account. Guest trips stay in this browser; an account is needed for cloud backup and cross-device access. Keep an exported copy if you need a separate backup. Calculation requires an internet connection. Guidance is an estimate for planning, not a promise that you will sleep at a particular time or avoid every symptom.
